A case for racial/religious/cultural profiling -- From ACT! for America--Houston: [New post] The horrific consequences of the Islamophobia witch-hunt

"Equal protection under the law" must by reality and principle take into account if the propensity for a class of crime is not equally distributed.  If a class of crime in our society and civilization is almost exclusively White-originating, then focus on Whites in the investigation.  However, if a crime type is disproportionately found in a foreign-originating and/or "minority" culture, etc., then indeed a special focus on that culture/community by authorities is warranted and can be constitutionally justified.  That is reality.
