THE DAILY FUDD: E189: "Tactical fudd: Lesson: It's not like 'Red Dawn' -- VIDEO: 'Army Combat Vet Breaks Down Combat Footage From Kyiv Area-Ukraine War."

I loved the 1984 movie "Red Dawn" as much as any patriot of the time. But unfortunately too many people saw it just enough times to think they knew how to pull off what the "Wolverines" did. The horrible failure of a remake/reimagining in 2011 got one thing right: It showed the lone veteran among the band giving the civilians somewhat realistic training. This video is actual, semi-verified(?) footage from the current Russo-Ukrainian War. It is presented by TDF in the vague hope that some 2A civilian Militia armchair commandos will realize just how much training and DISCIPLINE is required for even small-unit maneuvers, and that they are largely unprepared at even the base level. Better they should gear their preparation for what they CAN be good at: Logistics and fire support . "They look professional. They look like a legitimate professional military. Definitely not amateur hour." Most civilians in a Militia situation probably wouldn't. ==============...

Watch before this guy gets Cancelled: VIDEO: "How is South Africa doing since the end of Apartheid?"

MY COMMENT : Recolonization, with the liberation of South Africa and Rhodesia, would benefit all. From the auto-generated transcript: the history of sub-saharan africa may 5:01 really be summed up as follows when 5:04 arabs and berbers from north africa 5:06 crossed the sahara and explored central 5:08 africa they found people still 5:10 effectively living in the stone age 5:13 they then founded muslim kingdoms in 5:15 such places as mali 5:17 the picture was pretty much the same 5:19 when europeans sailed to west africa 5:22 although there were large towns built of 5:24 mud ruled over by dictators who made a 5:27 fortune from the slave trade 5:30 in the 19th century europeans taught the 5:32 africans to build to write to learn and 5:36 to do all those useful things which have 5:38 been a such benefit to europe and asia 5:42 by the middle of the 20th century it was 5:44 thought that the african nations were 5:46 ready to go it alone 5:49 when the white rulers withdrew a slow 5:52 desc...

THE DAILY FUDD: E188: "VIDEO: 'The Kyiv car mechanics converting captured Russian weapons for Ukraine’s troops • FRANCE 24.'"

In an American civilian Militia context, employment of something like this could involve one trained individual as the team lead with full-size sidearm doing observation and direction, and two common civilians as toters and operators. And since in Western settings such adapted arms may well be chambered in 7.62mm NATO, the civilians' "Militia Rifles"  may well be more compatible ammunition-wise than .223/5.56mm arms. Instead of one team of two trained machine gunners, with subbing in common folks we make TWO teams with only a few hours' training. THE DAILY FUDD: E187: "Comedy fudd: Watch, then realize most of you can't do this -- 'George Burns Comedy Week' episode, 'Home for Dinner' (VIDEO)."

The "George Burns Comedy Week" was a short-lived 1980s anthology series, with half-hour comedic stories. Quite often, the stories themselves featured an action-adventure or even geopolitical theme, but always lightheartedly and in a comedic (in the more classical sense) style that many today might not appreciate. A surprising number of guns featured, perhaps. Only 13 episodes ever aired, but to those who remember it, it holds good memories. One of my personal fave episodes was "Home for Dinner," the second to air. Without too much of a spoiler, it involves suburbanite husbands who go on day-long "fishing trips" (so they are "home for dinner") that actually involve something more "kinetic," shall we say--i.e., commando missions. Watch this, then continue reading below. This looks like an awesome set-up for a life, of course. and it's exactly what so many self-assuming "militia"-types think--or pretend to think--they would b...
