This is the kind of bullshit that occurs when Jihadis are given trials in courts rather than bullets in heads (Eisenhower in WWII ordered that Germans fighting for the Nazis and caught behind Allied lines in Allied uniforms be simply executed, so this is an acceptable suggestion).  Such shenanigans should be grounds for summary conviction and execution.  Do you really believe liberals would stand for Nazis insisting Jews wear yellow Stars of David or Japanese Shintos demanding all trial participants bow to their emperor?
