ACT! for America international chapter leader charged with committing "hate speech"!
Stand with us against this imposition of sharia law
Dear Lee,
Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Woolf, an Austrian who is an ACT! for America international chapter leader, has been charged with committing "hate speech."
Because she had the courage to speak at some seminars where she exposed the threat of radical Islam, her government is prosecuting her. This grotesque, totalitarian assault on freedom of speech is just the latest example of how sharia law's criminalization of criticism of Islam is being carried out by European governments. (As we noted last week, NPR's firing of Juan Williams is tantamount to a taxpayer-funded media entity doing the bidding of sharia law.)
ACT! for America has joined dozens of other organizations and individuals in support of Elisabeth. Our organization and some members of our staff are making contributions to her legal defense fund.

In 2009 it was Austrian Member of Parliament Susanne Winter on trial for emitting "hate speech." Then it was Dutch Member of Parliament Geert Wilders tried for emitting "hate speech." Now it's an ACT! for America international chapter leader.
We must push back against this imposition of sharia law. Today we can do so by helping Elisabeth mount the best defense possible against this totalitarian assault on free speech.
