More Charlotte violence, and yet, a question

Someone honestly and good faith correct me here if I am in error, but notice that Charlotte is having all this violence over a case where it's ever clearer that that officer--Black, btw--was in the right, yet Tulsa, a case which involved a White officer and many serious and legitimate questions regarding the propriety of the shooting, is not experiencing anywhere near this level of violence. #BlackLIESmatter seems only concerned when the guilty die at the hands of the innocent, and not when it's at least possible innocent die at the hands of the, if not guilty, at least errant.
