More info now: Cat had to be euthanized. Obviously the cat was acting defensively. It's the guy who needs euthanizing.

How sad. The "man" HAD to have been doing something terrible to the cat, to make it respond to him like that. Not even a feral cat will do that, unless completely cornered. The cat had to be euthanized, the man gets to live....something wrong with that, in my opinion!
