From ACT! for America--Houston: [New post] Well, good! Texas School system denies Islam getting a nose under the tent

Private organizations can discriminate on any grounds they wish.  But don't get cocky.  The sheetheads will probably seek to have the association declared a "commercial" venture and thus covered by unconstitutional "civil rights" laws.  Maybe--juuuuuuust maybe--this will make a nice test case to get the Civil Rights Act declared unconstitutional.
