Milwaukee will NOT be another Ferguson or Baltimore. It has a REAL law ENFORCEMENT officer there taking charge, and a governor willing to do what needs to be done.

Interesting is that the training manual post World War II seems to allow for individual choice of calibers, plus even single-action revolvers.
