THE DAILY FUDD: E240: "Perspective on fudd: Even NYC permits more firepower than most countries -- VIDEO: 'My First Day in America.'"

"TGS Outdoors" is a British YouTube channel devoted primarily to shotguns--which are the easiest modern firearm to get in the UK.

Video description: "We visit the Manhattan Beretta Gallery, Davis Sports Shop, look at a Stoeger Condor and the New 101, followed up by a top ten gun moment - shooting the M1 Garand!"

MY COMMENT: "Some perspective for my fellow 2A advocates: Even NYC has more gun rights in law than most countries."

THE DAILY FUDD: E239: "Making the most of .410 fudd -- ViDEO: '.410 Flamethrower Buckshot !!!'"

Great in conjunction with TDF 120. See also TDF 219.

OFF TOPIC: Rediscovering my love of British and Irish Country music -- Clips from RTE "Late, Late Show" Country music specials.

From the 2017, 2018, and 2019 "Late, Late Show" Country Music Specials on RTE (Irish TV), respectively:

1. 2017: Take-off routine on the famed CMA "Forever Country" mashup medley that year (but only with "Country Roads"). (Features Daniel O'Donnell and Nathan Carter greeting at the end, representing the older and younger generations of Euro-Country coming together.)

2. 2018: "Big Tom" McBride was THE name in Irish Country music.

3. 2019: Country version of the Dire Straits song. Duane Allen of the Oak Ridge Boys called this, "very cool."

4. 2019 ending:

THE DAILY FUDD: E238: "Vehicular fudd: Just the vehicle, not necessarily the weapon."

We can't actually see, so it's possible there is no pistol grip, just the muzzle comp.

From the stock and magazine this is obviously in either 5.45mm or 5.56mm. We'll presume 5.56mm and not make the guy out to be a dummy.

The Rule of Three borne out (as if we expected overwise) -- History Debunked video: "Is intelligence evenly distributed across all ethnicities?"

THE RULE OF THREE: In an aggregate rating of objective features comparing the three prime races, the Black and Asiatic (Yellow) ratings will be at opposite extremes, with Whites in the center, usually far closer to Asiatic.

Guess how intelligence comparisons work out.

THE DAILY FUDD: E236: "Fudd FYI: From Shooting Illustrated Shotguns editor: 'Why A Shotgun Is Best for Home Defense (And All Sorts Of Other Things).'"

"If a man can have only one gun, it should be a shotgun." -- By I have no idea.

NOT ENDORSED, but interesting from a fudd perspective.

See TDF 43/44 for a discussion of .410 shotguns.

Why A Shotgun Is Best for Home Defense (And All Sorts Of Other Things) | An Official Journal Of The NRA (shootingillustrated.com)

Certainly, using a shotgun for home defense has its downsides, too: Its recoil is significant, most are slow to reload and they are neither lightweight nor easily concealed. Still, if I had to pick one gun for home defense, hunting, survival and sport, I’m going with a 12-gauge shotgun. In trained hands, you’re unlikely to miss close-range targets and whatever is hit with is unlikely to hit back. Of course, I am Shooting Illustrated’s Shotgun Editor, so you knew I wouldn’t choose a trendy AR or tricked-out pistol...
