MY COMMENT: I ask my usual question: How's that "freedom of speech" thing working for ya? Two hundred years ago, a village idiot's voice was largely limited to his village. Today, his words are around the world in under a minute. Technology has removed the natural restrictions on speech and its effect which justified the First Amendment's scope, and the 14th Amendment has removed the power of the States to deal with it.
