A second powerful House Democrat was toppled tonight as Rep. Ike Skelton (D) was defeated in Missouri's 4th district. Skelton, chairman of the Armed Services Committee, lost to former state Rep. Vicky Hartzler (R) after 17 terms in the House.

Interesting is that the training manual post World War II seems to allow for individual choice of calibers, plus even single-action revolvers.
