Discussion of sub-Saharan African recolonization with a critic

One of the few issues outside of cats, guns, and national security (heritage) I pay great heed to is the religion called “Armstrongism.” Full disclosure: I was an adherent to that religion about a quarter century ago. I counter its core tenet HERE, and its traditional eschewance of Civic Duty HERE.

A recent post on a blog devoted to challenging the faith tradition discussed spiritual and moral corruption that one Armstrongist offshoot is experiencing in Africa. I used the opportunity to raise the far more important matter of the general problems facing sub-Saharan Africa, and referenced my long-standing call for its recolonization. I discuss that option here on this blog in my posts about a future liberation of Rhodesia, the aftermath of ending apartheid in South Africa, and the 30th anniversary of the Battle of Mogadishu. I also mentioned it as an option for dealing with the Haiti situation.

Price jump in crisis situations supposedly makes people only buy what they need, leaving some for others. It has its weaknesses to say the least, but it's the nature of our economic system. An alternative would be a government-directed rationing system--so much ammo per family based on size, nature, caliber, and need. MY COMMENT : (VIDEO WAS SPONSORED BY A COMPANY SELLING SUCH GEAR.) Non-vet civilians will never (legitimately) be running fire-and-maneuver calling for all that gear. In a real and legitimate Militia situation they will be fire support, set-position defense, and logistics. A simple mag pack is quite sufficient. Beyond that, anything much more than a pack or such for evacuating in a disaster is a hobby at best and a delusion at worst. I'm a vet. I served in a combat zone. I have a vest, CamelBak, and pack which I acquired during my service, and keep solely to be able to quickly bug out of town in a disaster, be it on foot or in an official evac vehicle with limited space. To non-vet LARPers: Buy what you want. Support this guy's sponsor. But keep in mind you are NOT the same as veterans. You lack the training and DISCIPLINE that veterans had drilled into them.
