I'm surprised this episode--along with many others--hasn't been Cancelled as "racist," as suggesting that a given class (species as stand-in for race) of sentient being is innately violent, and failure to be so is considered betrayal of it. This especially when considering the race of the two actors here. Consider the example of Dr. Ben Carson: His ghost writer had to greatly embellish to the point of deception an incident where Carson allegedly tried to stab a "close friend" (actually a relative--probably his off-limits-to-press brother). He needed cred with the bruthas, and that's how he did it. Yet George Lucas was slammed for his portrayal of the Trade Federation (Asiatics) and the Gungans (Blacks) in "Phantom Menace."

Price jump in crisis situations supposedly makes people only buy what they need, leaving some for others. It has its weaknesses to say the least, but it's the nature of our economic system. An alternative would be a government-directed rationing system--so much ammo per family based on size, nature, caliber, and need. MY COMMENT : (VIDEO WAS SPONSORED BY A COMPANY SELLING SUCH GEAR.) Non-vet civilians will never (legitimately) be running fire-and-maneuver calling for all that gear. In a real and legitimate Militia situation they will be fire support, set-position defense, and logistics. A simple mag pack is quite sufficient. Beyond that, anything much more than a pack or such for evacuating in a disaster is a hobby at best and a delusion at worst. I'm a vet. I served in a combat zone. I have a vest, CamelBak, and pack which I acquired during my service, and keep solely to be able to quickly bug out of town in a disaster, be it on foot or in an official evac vehicle with limited space. To non-vet LARPers: Buy what you want. Support this guy's sponsor. But keep in mind you are NOT the same as veterans. You lack the training and DISCIPLINE that veterans had drilled into them.
