The title conjures of ideas of a SciFi movie where people go back in time to eliminate a problematic individual before they cause the problems they did. However, Robert Spencer makes the case that Mohammed the person never did exist, yet we still have the problem of Islam. While I'm all laying blame on guilty parties (and might volunteer for that time-travel mission!), ultimately it is a party's IDEAS which cause problems. The picture above, included at the end of the article, is actually a bit more accurate than the slightly PC-ed headline.
