Lyric video (concept video is off the point).
The problem with this scenario, as great as the song is, is that the guy is entering her home without permission and setting up a he-said/she-thinks situation. Truly, he'd need a witness or two nowadays. Find a friend or two, at least one female, to help him deliver her. Should the drunk girl try a morning-after story, he will have cover and backup. A concept vid true to the song (the "official" one isn't at all) would ideally picture that. It's just too dangerous to do otherwise in our current culture.
EDIT: See the comments to this reaction to a performance video, where are the commenters are attempting to steer people and the reactor to the concept video. I called them out, which is nothing but an attempt by Woke feminist to you usurp the song into a message about domestic abuse. The song makes the guy look good, so they must have a video that makes men look bad. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PEFOBZBb8N4&pp=ygUURHJ1bmsgZ2lybCByZWFjdGlvbnM%3D
