Kat Timpf on “sexism” and the election: “[O]ne of the things that men and women have in common is that they don’t like women.”

Gutfeld! 06 NOV 2024.

“I think that sexism is a real thing… I think that one of the things that men and women have in common is that they don’t like women.”

— Kat Timpf.

Immediate discussion of “sexism” starts at 12:00.

THE DAILY FUDD: E277: “Another YouTube ATF sting? — Folding revolver.”

Some readers may remember the “Chinese fuel filters” advertised on YouTube and elsewhere, which were actually firearm sound suppressors. They were clearly portrayed as such, with thinly-veiled labeling. It turns out, of course, that these Chinese imports for being monitored by the ATF’nE, and the number of morons actually got caught buying them. YouTuber “Liberty Doll” actually tried defending one on her channel.

Well, I may have spotted another one. No link unfortunately, but here are a couple of screenshots and basic info on an ad for a small revolver with a range of 10 meters which can supposedly get through airport detection systems. Portrayed as making it useful in self-defense. The video had an AI voice with a slight accent. And information as seen in the picture places the company in Taiwan. I failed to click the link. Somehow I am not regretful of this.

You tell me what this is.

Megyn Kelly: Why Trump, not Harris.

Note: Megyn Kelly has announced she will be speaking (EDIT: see HERE FOR RALLY VIDEO) at President Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania tonight (04 November 2024).

Kelly has demonstrated willingness to criticize President Trump. Her support for him and opposition to Kamala Harris is genuinely reached, not as a sycophant, but as an intelligent person considering the facts.

Below are two snippets from her show today. She makes reference to why abortion should not be an issue in this particular selection. (I posted briefly about this before HERE.)

WHY NO ON HARRIS:

WHY YES ON TRUMP:

File under “Self-oppression” — Why stores have to allow thievery (even outside California).

This intervening guy in the linked video had better be a regular customer or an Asset Protection dude, or he is most certainly fired. The store can’t let a regular employee do this.

Companies fear lawsuits. We can change the law to protect them from such suits. But then employees might overreach, causing public outrage in the law to be changed back… Etc. etc.

No system works. If a store can do enough to stop this sort of thing, they can infringe on people’s rights. If the store is restrained enough to not so infringe, they are open to such a criminal action attempt being successful.

We could try a straight-up, “It all depends on if the guy actually was a thief,” and put liability on the individual. Then there would be all sorts of PC problems. Statistics would eventually show a disproportionate amount of criminal action by certaiN demographics. Plus, there would be questions of “profiling” and “disparate treatment/impact.”

So, between personal rights and “civil rights,” we are forced to allow flagrant thievery. Don’t you just love our “freedom”?

Megyn Kelly video: Both sides of abortion issue should “accept the half a loaf.”

PRO-CHOICE: Kamala Harris can’t do a federal guarantee. Their half: It’s a state issue — there won’t be a federal ban.

PRO-LIFE: Won’t get a federal ban. Their half: It’s a state issue — there won’t be a federal guarantee.
