Gingrich on Face the Nation 13 NOV 2016 -- Consideration about popular vote majority

Newt Gingrich said this morning that if you leave out California--very liberal, and GOP NEVER competes there in Presidential elections, not a bit--Trump led in the popular vote by two million. Had he competed in the Land of Nuts and Fruits and Flakes, he quite easily might have picked up enough votes to win the popular vote.
