The answer to the problem described is to use every opportunity presented to you to expose the reality of Islam. It is a violent spirituality, a theo-political construct as insidious as 1930s German Nazism and as expansive as Soviet and Chinese Communism. Islam as a political factor must be treated as we treated Nazism and Japanese Shintoism (only much more so) after World War II, and contained and crushed as we did Communism in the Cold War (only with less "cold" and more "war"--not exactly on topic, but here's my dream for 2013: http://youtu.be/n96hCfLEcDE ).
