Nation’s Border Patrol Agents Warn Election Of Hillary Clinton Would Trigger Constitutional Crisis

Statement from Brandon Judd, President of the National Border Patrol Council, the official union representing 16,500 U.S. border patrol agents:

“In 2014 the United States Border Patrol experienced a crisis at the border. Just ahead of the presidential election, that crisis is reaching epic proportions - an emergency even worse than 2014, and rising. Yet the Democratic nominee, Hillary Clinton, refuses to even acknowledge the disaster - in fact, she is pushing for, in her words, "open borders." On top of that, there is a media blackout on the border emergency unfolding days before the election.

“Mrs. Clinton's extreme plan will expand upon the policies that is the cause of the current crisis, including the President's unconstitutional executive amnesty orders - triggering a Constitutional Crisis. Her plan will erode the physical and economic security of this great nation and all of its residents. Her plan means an open door to criminal cartels, drug dealers, and even terrorists. Her plan includes amnesty in 100 days in the middle of a border emergency, Social Security and Medicare for unlawful entrants, and the expansion of catch-and-release policies that are overwhelming border towns, straining U.S. communities, and threatening innocent lives. Her failure to address the border crisis, and her push to open the border altogether, disenfranchises millions of Americans who demand our borders be secure.
“Border Patrol Agents are capable and willing to secure the border of the United States, but we must have a leader willing to remove that shackles that bind our law enforcement officers and keep them from fulfilling their important mission, Donald Trump is that leader.”

EXCLUSIVE: Agents Accuse Feds of Covering Up Record Border Detainee Numbers for 2016 Election “A record number of illegal aliens have crossed the U.S.- Mexico border and are in U.S. Border Patrol custody in Texas’ Rio Grande Valley Sector (RGV), according to the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC). Border Patrol Agent and NBPC President Brandon Judd spoke exclusively with Breitbart Texas and condemned the leadership of the Border Patrol’s parent agency, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), for allegedly “keeping this information secret” ahead of the 2016 U.S. presidential election.” (Breitbart, 10/30/16)
EXCLUSIVE — Immigration Officer: Border Deluge of Illegal Aliens ‘Is The Worst We’ve Ever Seen’ “The flood of illegal aliens pouring across the southern border has become a “crisis situation” and is even worse than the record 2014 border surge, says an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer from El Paso, Texas with more than ten years of service to the agency.” (Breitbart, 10/30/16)
