The writer originally flat-out stated the lie in the title, and then edited it and a few other things while keeping the false implication.

So yes, it would be morally justified to shut outfits like this down.

Something that I have always given “Evolutionary science” credit for is that they do identify patterns in genetics. This can be useful in a number of ways, whether you believe in that theory or not. Here we do see the identification of genuine differences in racial strains, regardless of how one may believe they came to be. Yet for PC reasons, we are to deny them.
